Broadley Welsh Cobs

Broadley Ffion
(Sire: Derwen Royal
Express Dam: Swiss Valley Carol)
It is thirty years ago that our first Welsh Cob was purchased. Maylord Princess, a typical Hendy Brenin mare, bred several foals. Her filly, Broadley Queen Elizabeth, was retained - she bred many foals including Broadley Fascination, a mare that has also been kept for breeding, and Broadley Dynamite, the stallion with Nanteglwys Welsh Cobs at Erwood. Both were sired by Thorneyside the Fox.
Swiss Valley Carol was purchased some years later, she bred Broadley Ffion, above. All of our stock descends from these two mares.
